I got a beagle puppy on Friday night, her name is Lucina (Lucy) and she was born on Febuary 1rst... To be honest I would have liked to have had her stay with her Mom for another week or two since she's only 5 weeks old, but the lady we got her from wanted to get rid of the puppies.


She's mostly white with just the brown/black on her face and butt with a little color on part of her tail and a few brown spots on her back. I know you can't tell from the picture in my webcam but she's got dark gray eyes with a bit of a blue tint to 'em. I'm so happy I finally have a puppy and she's just so precious.

She sleeps alot, in fact she's sleeping behind me right now in her basket. She's quite hyper when she's up and about though. She looks so adorable when she's prancing around the room looking for something to nibble on.

I've been in Mexico for six months now and I must say I like it here although I wish I knew more Spanish, luckily all of Miguel's family is bilingual. I'm happy I'm not in WV right now because there was a bad snowstorm the other day. But the weather is pretty nice here, nothing to complain about except maybe how cold the house feels when it's chilly outside because most of the first floor is marble including the walls.

Not really any news other than one of the best birthday presents I've ever received even though it's a week early.
